ABOUT ME

I like good times and friendly, fun, trustworthy people. I am a bit of a hedonist... kind of driven by what I want at the time... my current wishes/desires but I have deeper side to me too amd try to be there for friends when they need me. I try to think this things through too. I also like talking about culture, politics and anything generally interesting or funny. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I use the sight to travel and meet people and to host people. I also go along to couch surfing meetings when possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed in Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia, Uruguay and Brazil. They were all good experiences... I have also been to USA, Canada and most of Eastern and Southern Europe (staying in hostels, hotels and with friends).

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: One of my great loves. I love the serious and the ridiculous. I love non-typical/independent movies aswell as 80s horror and action movies.
Music: Almost everything great that was created was made from the 60s to the 90s...
Books: I hardly ever read fiction. I like politics books and books about the real world... enjoyed Jared Diamond's 'Collapse' most recently.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn Portuguese. I am able to teach English and have a good knowledge of international relations and politics.
