ABOUT ME

i am very passionate about protecting the environment. the future of humans lies in simple efficient living in harmony with the rest of the natural world.

play the guitar and bass guitar aswell as some indian and african drums. i also enjoy surfing, walking, wildlife watching. and music and nature are probably the most amazing things in the world.

PHILOSOPHY

spread good energy to the world and all its creatures and you in return will receive positive energy. don't get caught up with small trivial issues and use that as a reason to be pissed off or upset, you can make the change. there are so many beautiful and interesting things to do and see in the world, go find them.

and as the dalai lama said, know the rules so that you can break them properly

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

there are so many its hard to chose just one. playing music with my friends and random people i meet, all the amazing wildlife, sunsets and sunrises i saw whilst working in kenya and traveling in other parts of the world. the few days of perfect waves and the many days of less than average waves i have been lucky enough to surf with friends. being overwhelmed by music so much that i cant help but dance and smile
