i'm a part-time music journalist and specialize in electronic music and was on a jury last year, voting for a national award. i'm into forward thinking music that is trying to do something a bit different.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I accidentally had a neighborhood chinese restaurant shut down because of a picture I took of a rat in the window. The picture was on the national news. Sad day.
I met with heir to the shisha tobacco empire, Al Nakhla in Cairo, and, yes, he invited me to smoke shisha with him.
Spent 10 days in silence at a Buddhist temple in Southern Thailand.
