ABOUT ME

so i'm a student at the Université Lumière Lyon 2 in Lyon, France who's studing Medieval French Literature. i moved to France on a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship, and i'm set to stay there until June 2008.
i love most things artistic, i am artistic, and i'm very easy-going. a few words to describe me: open, creative, loving, smiley, patient, and i think that my friends would agree to say i'm nice ;) i'm very close to my family and my friends, and right now while i'm here in France i miss them something awful.

crafts, knitting, throwing whatever i have in a pot and calling it gourmet, clementines, coffee, accents, traveling, translation, strawberries, herbs and spices, indian food, taking photos, talking photos, sarcastic humor, music-live music-jazz-indie/folky/digital music-anything that'll shake my hips-anything that will turn me into a songbird-anything that has great lyrics and an even better beat:)
i'm also a self-proclaimed movie buff, which probably really means that i've seen a lot of movies;)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

hmmm, don't know the scale of amazing here, but for me, here's what i've seen that will stay with me always:
i took a tour of the Scottish Highlands and many of it's lochs;
i saw Strasbourg's Christmas markets;
i've seen most of the castles of the Loire valley;
i rode the London Eye, seeing a panoramic view of London's nightlife;
in the St. Lawrence river, i ferried to a few of its islands, steeped in history and patrimony

the most amazing thing that will happen to me will be when i die.
