ABOUT ME

I'm an old hippie who has raised his kids up and is now on a path to pick up where I left off so many years ago. Music is my life and wherever I go, either for work or pleasure, I am constantly looking for new people to play and sing with. I consider myself a folk musician and play guitar, banjo, dobro, spoons and bones.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During the winter months, I can usually host a traveler, but it's too late for this year (2008).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most memorable: with students at the Univeridad in Monterrey, Couhila, Mexico, 1984. The Tenderloin in San Francisco, 1972. Siloam Springs, Arkansas (actually the floor of a head shop, I was hitchhiking to the Folk Festival in Mountain View a week too late, ended up living there for the summer), 1971. Boston, 1974. The Bowery, also 1974.
