ABOUT ME

I'm a humanitarian with a big heart who loves a good laugh. In general, I love people, and can typically see the best in everyone. I like to think I'm pretty funny, even if no one else does. I'm a lover of life, music, the arts, and I often do the unexpected, simply to amuse myself.

PHILOSOPHY

When all else fails...raise your standards. I firmly believe that one should "go for it" in all areas of life that stimulate them, and that life is about people, relationships and love. I think that the greatest compliment anyone can give you is to host you in their home, whether it's as a dinner guest or a house guest.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a professional intuitive reader, I certainly plan on giving free readings to my host families! I'm a pretty decent cook and I can whip up a dinner party in no time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been to London a few times to see clients, and was the guest of a wonderful family...but they're a little too high-brow to be couch-surfers. However, I can give them as a private reference. I don't have extensive history as a surfer...but I'm rather easygoing and low-maintenance, so I anticipate wonderful adventures.

Interests

Playing the drums, writing (working on 2 novels), film (produced and directed a low-budget feature), watching old movies, bookstores fascinate me for hours on end, hosting dinner parties, meeting people from other cultures, not having an agenda and seeing what happens!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love, love, love the old classic films! Old black and white films are the finest of them all. Music preferences are classic rock, current rock and eighties pop, belly dancing tunes, Josh Grobin, Eric Johnson, Brian Ferry, Incubus, the CORRS and so much more. I love all music, even country!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain, and it was AMAZING. These people are very courageous and crazy! Who knew that red wine and Pepsi would actually be delicious?
