ABOUT ME

Gd'dae to all and many thanks for viewing my profile! I am absolutely in awe & thanks to couch surfing for giving me the opportunity to know natives from a country even before I set foot myself there. I love to travel and jump onboard at any chance given. Usually traveling alone to minimize obligations, I wander to wherever my foot can carry me, and wherever the party is!

PHILOSOPHY

I just wish I could lead a live a smooth sailing life without too many sufferings and trauma. Traveling keeps me sane and gives me a time that I can call my own, away from the troubles and away from the strict & demanding pace of my motherland.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to make new friends whenever I’m overseas and getting to know as many people from the couch surfing community. I would love to host my clean little garden city of Singapore as well as to hone my skills as a tour guide!

兴趣

They call me a jack of all trade (master of none though)! I love riding on a bike, I hope to rent a bike whenever I’m away. I used to have a lean, mean 1300cc riding at 320km/hr to satisfy the speed demon in me, but i'm now tamed down with a trusty 4 wheels to ferry me about. I also scuba dive around the waters of Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. My dive gear hasn’t gone further than that though. Other activities I indulge in are bowling, basketball, soccer, billiard & pools etc...

I get very emotional with musical movies, those of I love Quentin Tarantino movies. Romeo & Juliet, Moulin Rouge, Django Unchained. Mama Mia and classic scenes with a memorable tune always lingers in my heart. One scene that always plays in my head is the 1 Forest Gump was running. It is also a scene to motivate & push me to strive in real time too. I guess music soothes the savage me!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A motorcycle collision, due to a charging car whom was high on alcohol. My tooth’s dropped and fractured, my chin lacerated & now scarred, it has changed my course of life alot since. Lost like, 10kg from that - Great weight loss therapy

It's small and so easy to familiarize. Some people call Singapore a 1 stop shop to Asia. It's small and so easy to familiarize. It's a town where you can see queuing Chinese buying foodstuffs in abundance & within minutes you'll be mingling with Indians jostling for a ride in a bus at Little India. Then head to Orchard road, the famous shopping haunt of Singapore within the next minutes, joining the fashionistas at a Louis Vuitton boutique. But enough of the touristy destinations. I want to challenge myself in showing you the beauty of everything outside these attractions which appear on any travel guide and show you how a typical Singaporean truly lives.
