I'm a smiling 40 years old woman.
I had a good life till now, because I built my professional way step by step, and i feel proud of it. It's been 15 years now I'm practising Shiatsu, and i teach this traditional japanese art since 6 years now. I'm completly passionated by my subject, because it changed the way I saw life.
On an other hand, as i like mooving and being active, I practie and teach Pialtes too.
After that? I love dancing, traveling, mostly in nature, and reed, meet people, searching what make them so special....

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During all my trip, my first wish is to meet people. that's why, as far as possible, i camp, i ask people to host me or I rent little gest house, to feel "like at home".
I remerber in Cadix in Spain, my travel changed completly when I met Oscar, Juan and Jiu Nam (from Coréa) at a bus station !! From one hour to one other, I had 3 good friends to be with, listening flamenco and went out to the beach late in night, something I couldn't imagine to do the day before, when I visisited streets and churches...

Interests

As you may know now, I'm found of chinese medecine and philosophy.
I like to be calm, having an sane way of life. I'm mostly vegetarian, I love carrot juice and seeds but.... I'm funny, full ok energy, ha ha
I love to go dancing, walking, Pilatesing!
I like cooking so much, I'm very fidel to my friends and to meet them is allways a joy and support.
I belive in friendship, where I can see the richests parts of Humanity I gess...

Music, Movies, and Books

I' found ok traditionnal musics, as we can call "world" music...
Songs and melodys which talk about proper history of an area.
I like Jazz so much as well, and every music played for dancers!

And at the cinema? When do I have time to go? ha ha
Fortunatly series existing, I'm watching Vikings, You, me and the apocalypse and Orange is the new black for instance...

ANd the books, YES, I keep time for them, novels bye the way, when I don't studdy !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent One Year in Indonesia?
I left my job as a french teacher to pratice Shiatsu/Pilates ?
I have each day a realy good reason to fell happy?

YES !!! I Want to offer my Shiatsu to one who help me as well, from a way or an other,
I WANT to discover Pilates worshop all ove the world,
I'll be glad to make Shiatsu exchange,
and.... I know that we teach and learn from the other, even when wee don't see that at the moment!

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a said, I can give you a peace of release moment thanks to Shiatsu, i can cook or help the house organisation if you need, I'm french so if it's been a long time since you didn't pratice, that your chance!
I can motivate you to sit down far a meditation moment if you ask, and we can wake up with a japonese Yoga call Do in.
