ABOUT ME

I am a clay artist and an art teacher. I love music, dancing, festivals, and making lots of new friends. I like having interesting conversations with creative people over tasty beverages. I am a pretty active person. When the weather is nice, I like to be outdoors. The canyons are relatively close, so I hike and camp when time allows.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first time I couch surfed was when a friend recommended a group of guys to stay with in London. I've become good friends with one of the guys and we've been meeting up in several cities. He's come to the US twice and stayed with me. In Paris, I was traveling alone, so I sent messages out to find a friend for dinner. It was great to meet some new friends, and the night turned into a fun adventure! I'm looking forward to hosting more people in the near future!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to music all day every day. I love the blues, rock, folk, reggae, jazz, just about everything. I like to read historical fiction, horror by Dean Koontz, and smut romance by Jackie Collins. My favorite movie of all time is Dirty Dancing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I manage a pottery studio and have been teaching for several years. If you've ever wanted to try to throw a pot, or see the techniques of artists from a different city, I'm your girl!
