ABOUT ME

I try to live simply, and I enjoy meeting people much more than seeing places. My favorite drug in the whole world is coffee. I think that there is great power in community. I have a good memory for unimportant trivia and will probably remember something obscure about you, but not your name or anything important. Let`s go exploring.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to know something about everything. I`d like to be competent with anything I encounter. I don`t believe everyone is the same, but I do believe that everyone can be awesome. I also think that patience is one of the best attributes a person can have.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Stay at our place, explore the abandoned monastery next door, maybe smoke some hookah or learn how to brew beer. Depending when you come, I might be rather busy as I'm in med school, but my roommates are entertaining too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I lived in music house in grinnell Iowa, we met this trainhopper kid on his way through town, and he ended up spending a week hanging out with us. It was the first time I had let a complete stranger into my house to stay for a while, but it was great. I plan on letting more complete strangers stay at our apartment as soon as you get here.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

An entire navigable river coming out of one artisian spring in belize. My guide was a 7 year old girl from the family I was staying with. She would catch and play with terantulas and had no fears. On the way back I tought her how to prepare freshwater river snails for food. We sat in the river cracking snails until sunset.
