ABOUT ME

We are a couple living toghether near the nice town of Padova (near Venice, too). I, Simona, have a PhD degree in Psychobiology and I'm currently attending a postgraduate school of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, while working as a Psyhologist in particular with children. Roberto works as cook in a bar-lounge-restaurant, until somebody'll find out the artist he is! Roberto has lovely twin daughters aged 8 from a previous relationship who spend with us a couple of days a week. We have a dog, Wattie, who spends most of his time in the garden or beside the sofa (not the couch we provide for couchsurfers!). We also have a cat who lives mostly upstairs.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We had to decline requests for a while due mostly to job engagement, but ususally we are very happy to welcome travelers in our home, and to offer a good meal and a glass of wine... and some tips on travelling in Italy.
Only one amazing axperience as guests, we hope to increase in the future!

Interests

We are both musician (Simona plays saxophone, Roberto is a drummer). Roberto also makes wooden and iron sculpures and do a little painting. We like above all going to concerts, as we have little time to play ourselves! We also like going to cinema, and watch movies on DVD sitting on our couch. Simona has recently started to boxe, but she's not dangerous yet!

Roby is a professional cook and can teach you some italian cooking. But we're also very interested in foreign cooking, so we really appreciate if you can share with us some knowledge about food and drinks from your homeland... and if you have some with you, we could taste it together! Moreover, we are very interested in music, and we have a lot, so we could exchange some Mp3s...
