I believe in the true spirit of the Couchsurfing surfing concept....
the host offers a free couch and the guest contributes back in some positive way. ➕➕➕
This can mean cooking some interesting food or maybe just doing the dishes. Or it could mean simply a positive enthusiastic attitude in general. (It doesn't need to be something concrete) That is the real Couchsurfing spirit 👍👍👍 .....and I have experienced many examples of this lovely spirit ❤❤

In my experience, a small minority of people treat Couchsurfing as a free hostel to save money and contribute as little as possible. I've had experience of people buying their own food....cooking it .....and washing just their own dishes...like they would do in a youth hostel !!!
These type of people should not be part of Couchsurfing and they do great damage to a very positive idea. 😩😩

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

was travelling in Venezuela last year. I met up with a guy in Caracas just for a drink and a chat...very enjoyable. Also very necessary because I had no clue of Caracas and needed someone to show me around...it can be quite a dangerous place if you dont know where you're going
Hosted a Mexican and American girl here in dublin together...actually no trouble at all...very pleasant and enjoyable experience

I love latin/world music but especially Bachata !! Also I really like to dance Bachata. Merengue and Salsa is good too !!
