ABOUT ME

On planet Earth, there are many places to meet and people to greet. In this body, I have chosen to see myself as a tiny piece of a grander story. This planet was made to be moved upon, so I see traveling more as a duty than a pleasure. Of course it is a joy, however this life is about spreading consciousness and love. Love comes to me through music. I do a lot of traveling first of all. I started off traveling with a club volleyball team and then with my college volleyball team. My first international travels were with my immediate family, but in recent years I've been branching out and creating new family around the world who share my interest such as Vegetarian/Vegan cooking, Yoga, Crystals, Mediation and all sorts of Esoteric teachings. I am not fixated on anything really, I just want to make love to the sky. Keepin' it positive.

PHILOSOPHY

Loving you is the right thing to do. If you can forgive yourself, it makes it much easier to forgive others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in Couch Surfing by reaching out to individuals who are also traveling. I utilize CS by being a great guest, sharing my life experiences, being an open and person. I care about people who believe in the power of love and trust. Couch Surfing is about making people believe in the power of a person's word and the character of their heart.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've actually couched surfed mostly with friends who were already using the website and have gained confidence through their connections and now I am ready to build my own connects. Most recently my friend came to visit Los Angeles, California, USA and she invited myself and another young lady from Amsterdam to come stay in the room that one of her couch surfing buddies had opened to her and we had a wonderful time! Communal cooking and Stevie Wonder- that's what it's all about!

Interests

Trees, mediation, guitar playing, volleyball, vintage fashion, eco activism, reggae music, recording studios, anthropology, cosmology, grapes, wold travel (obviously), performance opportunities, weather report (the group), helping out friends, vegan mac and chess (yum!), weight training, hiking, teaching kids, winning contest, applying for grants, finding grants, free stuff, um... more later :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow-- so hard to choose...maybe surrendering my body to the base of a waterfall in Costa Rica and also surfing for the first time. What a rad feeling!
