About Me
CURRENT MISSION
searching for ways to complete myself, to help others see their gifts, and to live as simply and peacefully as i can.
ABOUT ME
back in upstate new york after many adventures out west. i'm a supervisor at a local hiking/backpacking store currently pursuing certification to teach fitness hula hooping. at the moment, my living situation does not allow for visitors as i myself am a visitor. it's confusing i know...i'm living it! but if anyone is visiting the greater syracuse/upstate ny region and needs any recommendations for places to camp, hike, bike, ski, eat or drink, i'm your gal! just let me know! Oh, and I have taken up the mandolin in the last year and currently play in a band with a guitarist and we're looking for members!

Music, Movies, and Books
suggest something and i'll check it out! i love all music...it is the wine that fills the cup of silence. i love books...they all too often weigh down my car. i like movies but prefer a good book.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
i saw a beached whale when i lived near crescent city...it smelled pretty gross. also, summiting my first 13,000' mountain in colorado was pretty awesome. but i think the best thing ever was spending new year's 2003/2004 in paris under the eiffel tower with good friends and cheap wine.
