ABOUT ME

I'm easy-going and fun-loving. I currently live in Chiba prefecture, however, Yachiyo seems more like a suburb of Tokyo.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I love baseball and watching sports, but, I'm not a fanatic-stat-man. I also love water sports. One of my favorite past-times (a close second to baseball)is BBQing on the beach with a 'biru' in my hand.

I was a philosophy major, and, I'm open to many points of view. However, I'm not a push over and believe strongly.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This site is a brilliant thing. I will provide guidance and hook-ups for anyone who needs them. I've stayed at a CSer's place and am willing to seek adventure with other CSers. I've also hooked-up CSers with cool people, places to stay, and great places to see.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

On a recent road trip to Shikoku, my friends and I stayed with Kojitec Fiddle and had a great time. Thanks Kojitec.Gadget Skier occasionally teaches Gaijin how to prepare and eat monjayaki. I joined one of the dinners and loved it. (Check the photos.)

Have you seen "Happy Times Hotel"? It is a very worthwhile Chinese Movie. Another Chinese movie worth your time it "Bejing Bicycle".

Steal the movie, "Steal This Movie" off of the internet. It changed some of the ways I look at 'property'. Thanks to Graham.

Two friends of mine and I took a road trip to Shikoku last August. It's a beautiful island. We all should take some time to visit.
