I heard once that there is an old English saying that goes, "Do many things, and none of them well." I kind of subscribe to this mantra. Although, I certainly do some things well (at least I like to think), I very much enjoy learning, thinking about, and dipping my hand into a variety of different pots. I strive for mediocrity and generalism in a world that promotes strict professionalism.

Well, I'd like very much to offer up some space to a traveler in need, and at some point hopefully meet some people who let me sleep on their couch as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

Wes Anderson is the greatest, though Francois Truffaut comes in at a close second from me in terms of film. I love many many many different kinds of music. And I just like to read a lot, though Haruki Murakami may be one that strikes the biggest chord with me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I rode in a Winnebago across the eastern united states with 13 other people making stops in Minneapolis, Chicago, Madison, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Ocean City, MA, New York City, Murfreesboro, TN, St. Louis, MO, and Omaha, NE. All within a two-and-a-half week period.
