ABOUT ME

I dance, play music (percussion), creating a performance, and deal with movement philosophy and social activities. These days I am getting my own practise together and interacting with others in the field of dance, movement and social work. I love to improvise, go on adventures, learn new things and get in depth with what I do.
I love to cook tegether with others - and I love to taste new things and learn. I believe in treating myself and others with care and respect It is simple - that is just more nice:)
I have a small garden house, outside of town where I can grow veggies during the summer, hang out and pick berries. That is my sweet spot for relaxing.

I am deeply fascinated by the human potential and what we are able to do - together. I love to make new spaces for imagining things and playing - to improvise and see the potential of what the arts can create. Im fascinated by movement, by how subtle communication is wether it is through music dance or simply a glance.
I treasure good friendships and try to be as true as possible within what I do. I love to think deep but also surf the waters of exploring one moment after the other. I believe in friendships in connecting and in the beauty of the world.

Dance and danceculture , music theatre, philosophy nature - I love to discuss and learn about new views on life, cooking, martial arts - sword fighting, music, drums, nature, science and... hanging with friends, making up new projects, hiking, ... etc...

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly music, all kinds of music, and books that can let me play with my thoughts... I study history of Ideasstarted mostly because I just loved to read the philosophers and figure out other views of the world. It turned into a deep interest in the history and culture of the body and corporal comunication in dance. Checked up on bits of Chinese and Indian philosophy. Hmm. Dance movies, for the nights where I need not to think at all. and documentaries... I love to learn new things that I didnt know....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The stars over Orinoco - when there is no power in town, every house is asleep and we are sitting at the wharf with the the bright, bright sky of stars sorounding the moment - every moment is beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share

Always there is something to share, depends on the situation. I always love to dance, play some music, cook and share good talks. I can share knowledge about the sweet spots of the town I live in.
