ABOUT ME

I am currently living in Seattle, Washington and working towards gaining admission to medical school or a master's program in viticulture and enology.

I love to travel. When I was young my family took a vacation through central and southeast Asia. I studied abroad in Prague which gave me a perfect opportunity to explore different areas of Europe. I have also briefly traveled in South America.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was younger I took a cruise through the Spice Islands in Indonesia with my family. We went snorkeling at a beach on an uninhabited island where the sand was literally pink from the red coral. The clams were so huge that I was able to sit with my legs crossed in their shells.

During high school I enrolled in a culinary institute because I loved food and wanted to be able to cook really well for the rest of my life. Unlike other types of art, food caters to all of your senses, which makes it particularly interesting and versatile. I have since worked in two restaurants, continually learning new techniques in the kitchen. I look forward to sharing my culinary knowledge with any host with a kitchen and learning about exotic dishes wherever I travel.
