ABOUT ME

Me? I live in Toronto, but I'm from the East Coast of Canada. New Brunswick. Beautiful place, and I definitely consider myself an East Coaster. Happy, easy-going, out-going, going out. I don't like to be indoors. A roadrunner. Je parle un peu de francais, mais je dois pratiquer plus. I love meeting new people, we all have something in common! I guess I'm kind of tall. Lanky for sure. I'm a lover, not a fighter. Independent, intelligent, funny, can be lazy, peaceful. I am an actor, still new to the scene so doing commercials, music videos and basically anything people want to pay me for. PHILOSOPHY

Hmm. Breathe. Keep breathing. It's good for the mind, good for the body, good for the soul. Helps digestion. Calms us down.
Nothing is as bad as we might make it. It's never the end of the world. Money's just money. What goes down must come up.
I'm not an idealist. I have my feet firmly planted on the ground, and love exploring all the wonders of this earth and its inhabitants.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love this idea. I recently found out about this amazing network from a friend. I am currently travelling but when I get back home and procure a couch I will definitely be hosting some surfers... Canada is a fantastic place to live and visit and I can't wait to share it with people (especially the East Coast...:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first CS experience, but I look forward to having lots to report! Although I once spent a month sleeping head-to-toe on my friends' futon while being attacked hourly by their three cats. I think that counts.

Books: anything by kurt vonnegut, even cowgirls get the blues, life of pi, i know this much is true, crime and punishment, anna karenina, corrections, the prince of tides....

Movies: the big lebowski, fargo, the darjeeling limited, amores perros, babel, the shawshank redemption, pulp fiction, jesus christ superstar, braveheart....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The birth of my first nephew. Feeling the rush of a new being with whom I share blood, and watching that person develop into someone I want to have beers with.

Teach, Learn, Share

When travelling in Canada in the winter (if for some reason you are possessed to do so), bring layers. Lots of layers. 6 months worth. At least.
