ABOUT ME

OK I think now you want me to sum up who I am. Puhhh

I am studying mechanical engineering since five years in Karlsruhe. I really like my studies and work as a research assistant besides my studies at the University.

In summer I like to spend as much of my free time outside as possible. I like to go running and love to go biking in the woods! When I was a child I used to go canoeing every week. If the weather is fine and I am not in the mood of doing something active I like to go to a lake that’s really close by with my friends.

In winter I like to go to the sauna. I studied half a year in Finland and picked up this habit of the fins ;-). Further more I like to go to the sneak preview at a nice old cinema over here (Schauburg). I like reading as well but it always takes me very long to finish a book because I never find time for reading :-D

I lived for about half a year in Helsinki, Finland as an exchange student. I had a very good time over there and got to know many nice people. When I came back I applied right away for an other exchange. This time I will go to the US. I can`t wait to get started!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In a hostel you get to know people from all over the world. Thats really interesting but I also want to meet somebody who lives at the place I visit!
Up to now I did surfed on several couches in Australia. It was great!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

On my trip through Australia I met many nice people and saw a lot of awesome places. The thing that impressed me the most was snorkeling at the great barrier reef. It was an incredible experience!
