i love sharing, running around, all sorts of conversations, explorations, and adventures. i am constantly re-examining what it means to live honestly and fully. i am a bike-commuting performance artist and yoga instructor based in minneapolis, minnesota, usa!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed through France in June 2008, New Zealand in 2011, Puerto Rico 2012, next up Scandinavia. I always try to use CS, and/or camp while I travel, and I've met some really wonderful people! Couchsurfing is an incredible way to make traveling much more personal and find deeper connections to the places I visit. When it has been possible, I've hosted really wonderful people in Minneapolis, although not enough people visit this wonderful city!

Interessen

i am a dancer by trade, but that is just the tip of the iceburg. i practice and teach yoga, bike everywhere that i can, and try to taste everything at least once. i love good books and films, and love the discussions that follow even more. i also love a good pair of wool socks. i give haircuts and work sometimes at a food co-op. i try always to be conscious of the impacts of my life's actions. share compassion and joy! a hug is much better than a hand-shake.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

a hundred floating lanterns at the finale of a huge hundred-plus performer spectacle in which i took part. farming in spain. biked around new zealand. pack rafts!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

i can make circus noises with my mouth, and i love putting furniture on rooftops. when i get antsy i cut my hair.
