I live close to Bell rock here in the village of oak creek neighborhood of Sedona Arizona. I’m a mom of a sweet 7 year old little girl. I’m laid back and love to laugh.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am so grateful for all the wonderful experiences couchsurfing has allowed for. This site provides an alternative to the normal tourist trips while building friendships and bonds with people who actually know the area. And it teaches people that we really can trust each other.

I can teach about a bit about mushrooming, photography, herbalism/permaculture, backpacking, Spanish. I’m a practicing massage therapist and also facilitate breathwork sessions for trauma integration. Spirituality is a big part of my life and I am always open to sharing knowledge or just learning from you.
