To practice more humility and compassion.
I'm a fan of: rock/tree/building climbing, yoga, backpacking, bird/tree/plant identification, break dancing, music that makes me shake all thats been given to me,CONTRADANCING, ethnomusicology, sketching, skipping rocks whenever the opportunity presents itself, communication through movement, learning spanish, slacklining, continuing to be curious about much...questioning much...growing much......
Go...and come back radiant.

I am constantly amazed at the way the universe provides you with exactly what you need. I like to spend my time reading, writing, dancing, farming, gardening, cooking, and creating. I teach farm based education to kids and run an organic farm. Balance is something that I am often seeking.

After years of environmental activism, Im finding that I am at a stage where an internal approach to "changing the world" is extremely important. Whether this change takes place in a spiritual manner or not, to reflect on our connection with everything is nothing less than absolutely necessary.
learning to detach from this material world.
I am in the midst of learning more and more about permaculture. I was working on an organic farm this pass season and have hopes of experiencing other farms this upcoming season.
