Grrr I loathe writing about myself :-(

But if I must...I'm kind, fun, super laidback, open-minded, a great listener, thrifty, liberal, and I love LOVE to laugh and meeting people who can make me do so.

I just want to meet people from all different walks of life and have the opportunity to learn from each other.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My roommate and I love hosting interesting people from all over zee world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted 7 times (surfers from Germany, France, Ireland, Australia, England, Spain, Florida, and Italy so far). Had a great time and hope to do more in the future! And of course would love to surf when I finally get the chance to travel some.

Well traveling of course, as well as photography, concerts, all kinds of music, art galleries, silly people, things that make me laugh, dancing like a fool,cheap dive bars, participating in free fun events around NYC.

I say I like all types of music and I actually mean it...besides country...bleh. I absolutely love live music and going crazy at concerts. I love when people introduce me to artists and bands that I've never heard, so if you have something on your iPod you think I'd like, please feel free to share!

I would love to use this as an opportunity to spend time with people who speak Spanish or Portuguese fluently. I was trying to learn French but gave up on that last year (merde!) and now attempting Portuguese since I want to visit Brazil in the near future. If you speak other languages as well, that would be great too. Polyglots are awesome :-)
