my new years resolution is to improve the fluency of my spanish and meet a social dance partner, to have some great travel experiences, share time with family and make some great new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to this organised community but have had many international visitors, students and travellers pass through my home for more than half my life. I love listening to the different accents and hearing stories of personal experiences in their homelands, helping them explore my city and country, and ultimately make contacts all around this world. It`s only now when i`ve started to embark on my travels that I realise how important it is to make someone feel comfortable in a foreign city and I think couchsurfing is a big aid in that goal.

Interests

Dancing lambada, cooking mediterrean dishes, yoga, languages and exploring new places by foot are my favourite activities. I also appreciate creativity in whatever form its produced, watching movies and soaking up the sun.

Music, Movies, and Books

To dance my favourite music is from Brazil, but I love shaking my hips like shakira, my booty like Beyonce, my hair to Red Hot Chillie Peppers and my whole body to the movements of Daft Punk

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Right now I am proud of myself for learning and using another language. It`s stimulating to know you can converse with a whole new group of people and incorporate yourself into a whole new culture because of that skill.
