The most important things in my life are the relationships I have with people. I live to eat, drink good wine and see the world. I enjoy to challenge myself as much as possible. I love life and not knowing what lies ahead.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed a handful of times while I was traveling in Europe. I think the best way to experience a culture is by meeting locals and couch surfing is the best solution. I have unofficially couch surfed many times...or I should say floor surfed. The best experience I had was in Sapa, Vietnam up in the mountains. A woman I met on the street offered to take me trekking and invited me to stay at her family packed small home on the concrete floor which was infested with bugs. I spent 3 nights doing this, learning so much from this beautiful person who offered me everything she had. Somtimes the most uncomfortable experiences are the ones that make you more appreciative and help you get te most out of life.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

-I have been on every continent
-I have been skydiving Abel Tasman, New Zealand
-I spent 13 hours straight exploring the Angkor Wat temples in Cambodia. I watched the sunrise and set over the ruins and it was majical
-I have had 7 knee surgeries and a hip operation.. my leg is still highly functional . Along with this, I run half marathons.
-I dove with sharks in Thailand and Australia and with sealions in Argentina.
- I drove 8000 km`s across the U.S.A solo
