ABOUT ME

I like asking a lot of questions. Who are you?

Me? Pushing envelope for peace. Both inner and outer & political. On a me-day I read. On an ordinary day I organize for climate justice & powershifting. For a night of fun I enjoy spoken word poetry nights, cooking for friends or cinema (especially festivals). One thing I don't like: business as usual and mustard. One thing I love-love-love: my husband, my moms lasagna and trees. One thing I still want to do in this lifetime: do a half-marathon and see my feature indigenous futurist screenplay on the big screen in festivals across turtle island.

PHILOSOPHY

We're all here to be indestructably happy!

We´re all here to contribute to the health and happiness of our landbase and waterbase - that what gives us life!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Been with couchsurfing for many years. Sometimes very active sometimes ´sleeping member´... sometimes only hosting... sometimes only couchhopping.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Up until 2014 I mainly hosted people

But in 2014 I did a 6 month travel (semi-spending-moneyless) through Cuba, Mexico, US (LA) and Canada (toronto) - back to Europe: Paris and then visiting a friend in Ghent (belgium) before taking the bus back to Amsterdam - in total I was offered 31 places to rest my head and I was overwhelmed by the new friendships & amazing hospitality! Especially in Mexico... but kind of everywhere I went.

Intereses

Live music, writing, safeguarding ecological global needs, Nichirens buddhism, meeting new people, learning new languages... que mas? Wining and dining with friendly people
