ABOUT ME

Melissa is 21 and Ben is 27. We were married two years ago and are enjoying life in beautiful Bend, OR. We tend to be pretty active (drinking/partying, exploring the outdoors, etc.) but can relax at the same time. We both love trying new things and have a passion for meeting people from all different backgrounds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have little CouchSurfing experience, but we are excited to meet more people when we head to Europe this spring!

Interests

Meeting new people and traveling (duh), dancing, going out, partying, studying philosophy, trying new things, enjoying the outdoors (hiking, swimming, camping, playing volleyball, etc.).

We seriously listen to EVERYTHING (well, maybe not country). 80's, hip-hop, techno, classic rock, metal - you name it, we listen to it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ben traveled around quite a bit as a kid, so he has been to many different cities in lots of different countries (Japan, All over europe, Mexico, Caribbean, Sri Lanka, etc.) Ben lived in England for three years as well which was an amazing experience! Melissa was born and raised in Bend, OR and has traveled to a few places (Mexico, Puerto Rico, Caribbean, Hawaii, U.S. cities) but is excited to keep her traveled-to list growing.
