Desperately seeking Shah Rukh Khan

ABOUT ME

I have been traveling this beautiful world for ten years. While traveling, I like to find the heart of culture and skip the tourist circuit.

I work as a freelance tour guide in India, Nepal, China and Tibet, specializing in Indo-Tibetan Buddhist cultural studies. In particular, I design study-abroad semester programs for American students. I am currently working with Global LAB, and have worked several years with Where There Be Dragons.

This is my fifth visit to India, and I love it a little more each time. I am a student of Asian languages, and in addition to Sanskrit and Tibetan, I am currently studying Hindi in Jaipur.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2008, my partner and I couchsurfed in Brighton, England. Our host Neil was amazing to us, and introduced us to the Brighton couchsurfing community. I became a convert to couchsurfing soon thereafter.
