i strive to laugh atleast 5 times a day, continuously learn new things about the world, and not live a life of fear or regrets.

ABOUT ME

I have recently settled down, gotten married, and become a teacher after many years of traveling around Canada and the world. I traveled to 26 countries in my first 26 years, but have slowed down recently. I love meeting new people, learning new languages..and of course trying the local food wherever I visit.

surfing around Europe, joining in on CS activities in Victoria and Vancouver, French and Japanese language exchanges

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

surfed with several WONDERFUL hosts around western Europe in 2008, met many visiting couchsurfers in Victoria and Vancouver for drinks/coffee/language exchanges.

After climbing in the dark for 7 hours, reaching the peak of Mt Fuji at 4:15am with perfect timing for the most magnificent sunrise on the planet.
