I think the name of this field should be changed from "all about you" to: "(there is) something about you".

I like this term: Here on this earth. Here on this earth I am breathing and growing, listening and showing, sharing. Walking the earth, wandering and wondering, as I already said.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I was in Peru I was especially impressed about the hospitality of the friends I met there. They invited me to stay in their house for several days although they hardly had enough space for themselves. So I was inspired to share my home, too, with friends and travellers. And so I did, in Berlin and on Tenerife Island.
Naturally, there are also moments and periods when one has to say: now I need time and space only for me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I arrived in Barcelona in a very crowded metro station during my journey through Europe to Tenerife Island, all of a sudden there was a guy I had met 5 years before on the Taize Camp, during another journey that had led me to Spain, too. In spite of the years passed we reckognized each other and said in the same moment: "This cannot be true!"
So I got to know his new flat and his flatmates, very nice people, and we spoke about that live can be considered just a dream through which you flow.

Interests

Music ~ play the guitar, sing, didge, percussion, piano, quena (peruvian flute). The most important and wonderful about music is feeling the vibe that brings people together.
The mind ~ Yoga, Tai Chi, Inner Journeys, Psychology, Music (sic), cultures
Travelling ~ getting to know other ways of thinking and seeing the world; opening the mind, widening it
Travelling makes one see how big and small we are.
