About Me

CURRENT MISSION

seeing as much of the world as possible.

ABOUT ME

I'm a grad student at Gonzaga who has done a bit of traveling, but is always ready for more. I love meeting new people, and I love hosting couch surfers!

i lived in barcelona, spain till I was 10, then moved to san diego and went to college in Spokane, washington. After graduating I spent about a year teaching English in Seoul, South Korea.

My last trip was a 3 month backpacking tour of Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. Now I am back in Spokane and enjoying life.

PHILOSOPHY

"the wanderer is never lost."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've both hosted and surfed, and I want to do more couchsurfing during my future travels

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I like everything about couchsurfing.

Interests

national parks, fine beers, most sports, music, meeting new people, sharing stories, trying to read for pleasure as much as possible, beaches, surfing, and the great outdoors in general.

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: jurassic park. I'm an eclectic reader, but I'll read anything by vonnegut. I tend to start one book, read about half and then start another, so I'm always into 3 or 4 books.

As for music: bob dylan, broken social scene, bonnie prince billy, sufjan stevens, the arcade fire. Lately, a lot of okkervil river.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know how to fill this out without sounding like I'm bragging! But I did enjoy New Zealand a lot. Just about traveling anywhere that is beautiful has been amazing.

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
