About Me

CURRENT MISSION

PhD + Party

ABOUT ME

All (seriously, all) about me:
- I love travelling and visiting new places.
- I sometimes have a slightly inappropriate sense of humor.
- I love books and movies - literally all types, as long as they're good.
- My favourite author is Terry Pratchett and that he has Alzheimer's disease makes me sad (every new book might be his last).
- I study International Relations.
- I've done bungee jumps and skydiving. It's awesome.
- I like cheese.

PHILOSOPHY

Make the best of any given situation.

Music, Movies, and Books

Best movies of all time: Memento, Thank you for Smoking, Man from Earth, Oldboy, Snatch, Serenity

Books: Everything by Terry Pratchett, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, George R.R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire series, R. Scott Bakker's Prince of Nothing series

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once did two bungee jumps and one sky dive in a single day. It was on a student exchange in New Zealand. I had never been so high on adrenaline and have never been since. That day, I couldn't stop grinning for the life of me...

Also, I ran the Berlin marathon.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: You can practice German with me (or, alternatively English). Also, if you're interested in travelling around Africa, I might be able to give you advice (I lived in Benin and Sao Tome for a few months and travelled around in West Africa).

Learn: I'm a terrible cook, but I'm trying to get better. So if you have any advice, that would be great!

Countries I’ve Visited

Benin, New Zealand, Sao Tome and Principe

Countries I’ve Lived In

Italy
