ABOUT ME

Let's see... The household is mixed Pagan. I'm a Panthestic Agnostic with Wiccan Leanings. The rest of the house varies between Druid and Asatru. We've all been connected with ADF, especially with Cedarlight Grove in Baltimore, MD.

Rick and I are both old SF fen. I did SCA, Markland, and Ren Faire for eons and have a soft spot for Rennies. We all drum - mostly Djembes.

Rick spent ten years as a US Navy Electrician.

PHILOSOPHY

Spirituality is your conversation with the Universe. Religion is just the language you are conversing in.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As an old pagan, old SCAdian, old Marklander, and old SF fan, I've crashed on couches, had couch crashers, shared hotel rooms, etc. for years.

Recently, we hosted the folks from ayearatthewheel.com for a few days.

We've met some of our best friends this way, too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Old musicals, comedies, SF. NO horror!

Books: YES. Fiction, non-fiction, SF, Mysteries, etc. All of them. I'll even read bumper stickers, cereal boxes, sides of buses, and the back of the newspaper you are reading on the train.

Music: Fairly ecclectic, lots of World and Folk music. About the only things that truly make me cringe are opera and Bantu nose flute!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh. So many... Delivering a baby, watching the sun set into the Grand Canyon, driving coast-to-coast, staying in one relationship for 27 years!

Basic (very basic) drumming. Very, very basic first aid. A little metaphysics - but only by request!
