ABOUT ME

Well,

you could say I am currently busy to find myself ;)
I reflect a lot on my childhood and behavioral patterns. I try to get better contact to myself and others around me. Became a big fan of "non violent communication" by Marshall Rosenberg.

O still love music and am currently trying to find my way in how to do it, how to learn without losing myself.

Sounds all pretty deep huh?
I hope its not that bad.

Am interested in Gestalt Therapy, jam sessions and jazz!
politically not uninterested but not so much active at the moment.
