ABOUT ME

I am a 21 year old student at the University of Oklahoma. I don't buy into the promises of "Real World" or the "American Dream." That's ok though, because I'm convinced that those things don't in fact represent reality. Things can never keep you happy, and fortune will never satisfy.

I'm a pretty easy going person. My friends have dubbed me the "Master of Chill" - mostly because I prefer to just hang out and play things by ear, rather than to make rigid plans.

I am a people watcher. Not in a creepy way, haha. But I enjoy sitting in crowded city areas and watching all of the different people (each with a different story) scurry around to their daily activities. People really are quite interesting!

PHILOSOPHY

The world is a broken, messed-up place. But there is more than enough reason to hope! Christ came not just to provide a way to heaven, but also to restore wholeness to a busted world! I want to be a person who by demonstrating the hope and love of Christ to others, leaves the world a little less broken.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, apart from sleeping on a friends couch all summer, I have no actual "Couch Surfing" experience. But I hope that all changes very soon!

兴趣

Good music, good movies, philosophy, faith, people, computer stuff (I'm a nerd), hiking, Ultimate Frisbee (if you have never played, it's time to learn!) .... all in no specific order.

Oh, I also really enjoy photography... though I still have alot to learn!
