ABOUT ME

As both a spiritual coach/facilitator, energy healer and a business consultant/strategist, I can be totally out there, creative and abstract, and be totally right here, strategic and rational... I love engaging all aspects of BEing. I am passionate about empowering others, helping them expand and heal (whether in their life or biz), going with the flow, and living in the spirit of joy and creativity. Life is good!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had much of the way of space of my own to share so hosting has been limited. Nonetheless, the hosting I've done thus far has been a fantastic experience! I look forward to doing more hosting and surfing, and meeting other surfers in Flagstaff as well.

Interests

I love nature and getting out in nature - and it's what I love most about living in the Southwest, where the land is so amazing and magical. I love different types of foods and culture. I love things that are creative and stimulating - art museums, music, a good massage... :-)

I am deeply interested in spirituality, our perception of reality and how we can create, be, experience things differently, more uniquely, beautifully and harmoniously.

I feel most joyful when seeing beautiful places in nature and visiting with old friends and new friends. Best yet, getting together with great people in a beautiful, natural setting over terrific food. How does it get any better than that?

Music, Movies, and Books

I love catching a live performance when I can - pretty much all music is awesome when it's live. At home I listen to everything from pop/rock/alternative to classical, world beat, kirtan... I'm all over the place.

I love movies - preferably those that are positive, uplifting, or adventurous.

I've been a huge reader most of my life and have read from lots of different genres, however most of my reading these days is spiritually oriented.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen and been part of some amazing things, but starting a garden from scratch - the alchemy of dirt and seeds and water becoming lush flowers and delicious herbs and vegetables - how does it get any more amazing and miraculous than that?!

On the more exotic end of amazing, I suppose eating warm Kangaroo fresh out a ground pit that was prepared by Aboriginal friends in central Australia would also count as fairly amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

Someone once observed that I have a great appreciation for knowledge. It's true! I've learned a lot about a lot of different things and love to share all kinds of knowledge and interests, and to learn from people who are passionate about what they know and have learned.

I've studied many different spiritual teachings, esoteric teachings, metaphysical teachings, healing modalities and tools for shifting consciousness - ask me anything. :-)
