ABOUT ME

student, lived away for a year, come back for a year to finish studying then off again. I'm a beach girl, study politics and history (which I love), not sure what I'm going to do when I finish uni, but I'm of the frame of mind that I'll figure it out as I go along!

Surfing, beach, travel, reading, writing, languages, meeting new and different people, learning new instruments (at the moment attempting the bodhran... not really a popular instrument back here in perth!:P) Talking about the world, hearing different perspectives on events etc. Hah and all the other good stuff, like good food, good company, good wine and a good view!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

stood in the red square (history major, so after reading and doing so much research on it over the last 5 years, it was incredible to stand in a place which has seen so many history making moments!). walking through the alhambra in spain, and realising that when it was built, there were still doubts as to whether Australia even existed (just fall off the edge of the world if you went that far right?! :P) walking around a village in northern germany that all my family had live in up until my great grandfather, and seeing our surname written on street signs (it isn't exactly a common name!) So there's a few, basically!
