Well hello there! I used couch surfing many moons ago when I travelled through Europe with a friend. It was such an incredible experience and today I thought I spruce up the ol' account and maybe see about meeting some people travelling to my area.

I'm a creative person who likes people, daily belly laughs and good banter over a nice pint. I like people who are honest, adventurous and can laugh at themselves (and at appropriate times, others) It has been brought to my attention on more than one occasion that I'm "weird" but then again, aren't we all in some small way? At least those of us who love to really let loose and live. I better clarify and say I'm the good kind of weird. The kind that'll go out for dinner with a fake moustache and act like it's a totally normal thing to do. Not the kind of weird that'll go through your laundry hamper to smell your dirty socks. Just in case you were feeling a bit concerned.

I like good people, and I believe in the good of people. People make the planet work, thus we should probably enjoy each individual for who they are and apprieciate how we are all completely different, yet all very much the same.

As it stands today, I'm not quite sure why I'm back on here.. I'm not exactly able to host over nighters at the time being, but I guess I'm willing to meet some new people who are in the area. Ya never know who might be breezing through!

Many things, such as picnics, kites, the great outdoors, screen doors, hotel lobbies, dark beer, music, massive paintings, creative story-telling, beaches, animals, light and shadow, little birds, carpet, hands, sticks, interesting furniture, english muffins. regular stuff. (But I'm also an artist, so throw in art too.)

Movies: Star wars, Dumb and Dumber, Shaun of the Dead, Ocean's 11, Titanic, Lord of the Rings, Richie Rich, Jurassic Park, Home Alone, Forrest Gump, Indiana Jones, All the Harry Potters, The Count of Monte Cristo, Mulan, The Truman Show. (Honestly these were my friend's choices from back in 2008, so I just left them as is. Solid choices.)

TV: The Office, The Simpsons, Mythbusters, Arrested Development, Seinfeld, Full House, any show about hoarding or fat people.
