ABOUT ME

Sorry but I cannot agree to be a friend to anyone I have not met in person, because to do otherwise would render the entire CS project meaningless if not downright dangerous. I will nevertheless reply to any email anyone cares to send to me, and give any advice or help that I can.
Some might regard me as slightly eccentric, but I would consider that an essential ingredient for anyone involved with CS. Young and not so young we share one common characteristic; we like to deviate far from "the beaten track", we do not "follow the herd" we go our own way and do our own thing. 2 weeks in the sun, alternating from beach to bar is not a holiday option for any of us. I have developed impaired mobility in recent years, so nowadays I rely heavily on my trusty old German built Campervan to get to places of interest.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Nothing much. I saw the midnight sun shine on the Arctic Ocean[hardly qualifies] and I travelled 1/3 way round the world to see a football match.
I think I may hold a world record as the only person ever to spend 3 days in Las Vegas and never spend even one penny on the slot machines
