About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a Gemini, born on June 10th, 1979 in a small town in Romania. I love my family, I have two younger sisters and a lovely mother.
I studied languages in University, a field that I enjoy very much and became translator (English/French to Romanian) in 2002.
I became freelance translator and I also taught these two languages in high school and primary school. Interesting experiences.
Humanly speaking, my experience as a nursing aid was enriching and a means of knowing me better.
Me and my husband we created in 2013 our association called "La Terre en Marche" ("The Earth is marching") and we are presently heading China on foot. This is an extraordinary experience.
PHILOSOPHY
In my opinion, life is meant to be lived with joy and serenity, in the spirit of truth. Being yourself is really important and trying to help others as much as you can. I try not to get afraid of anything and move on with courage and faith.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite movie is Gone with the Wind, the book too. I like reading anything, from dictionaries and user's guides to all kinds of novels.
Music is one of the things that I appreciate the most and I always find pleasure in discovering new rhythms and new singers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
An amazing thing that I've done is to create a theater group of college and preparing them to perform on the scene. They won the costumes prize and I was very proud of them, since it was their first experience of the kind as well.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach somebody my language. I can teach them how to prepare Romanian dishes, share my experience while travelling around the world.
I am also happy to discover the local culture and language, I am receptive and curious.
