ABOUT ME

I am a young individual who; over the years has been lucky to travel to parts of the world and meet a huge diverse array of people who let you into their lives with open minds and hearts.
Thanks to these people and places, I believe there is still a hope and trust in humanity. These thoughts, along with my joys of reading, talking to everyone, walking and cooking, mean I have gained great pleasures and experiences throughout my life which have helped strengthen who I am.
I hope to continue moving from place to place, learning from those I meet and what I see.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life by the belief that you should treat others how you want to be treated yourself. There should be no pressure to change your dreams and personality to conform to society's expectations. A good diet, a good group of friends and always expanding your knowledge is the best method for happiness.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I believe couch surfing is one of only a few ways someone can get to know a place and its people. Any one can pick up a travel guide,get on a plane and take a few photos. But to go and sit and talk to people from all walks of life and societies is the only way to understand how life is truly lived in the place you are visiting. Very soon, the strange land, language people and customs become a warm smiling friendly face all personified by the people met through CS!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have used couch surfing a few times in various parts of the world. I have both surfed and hosted and I have loved every minute of it. Many people I have met through couch surfing have had the same way of thinking and therefore remain good friends until now.

I love travelling and getting to see the world through the eyes of others the best I can.
When I am settled somewhere I love to sit down with a good book which I try to balance between fiction and non-fiction, or a film of any genre. I also enjoy the company of old and new friends where by we tend to cook together, eat together and have a few drinks. When the weather is good, I enjoy walks in the countryside, sitting in city parks or attending music festivals.

I like to learn languages and cooking from places I am visiting. I also like to learn about day to day life of people around me. Who are they? What they think?
I am not practical in any shape or form, no music, no sport, no juggling but I like to share my experiences of people I have met in the past and how they see the world around them.
