About Me

I'm friendly, considerate, goofy, adventurous and a thinker. If you can share a laugh, have a deep conversation or seek excitement we’ll have fun together.

I love conversations and activities that push the boundaries of what people know about themselves and the world.

PHILOSOPHY
Find what makes your heart skip a beat in joy, you do you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a big believer in Karma and feel I need to put great vibes out to get them back. That's why I'm active in hosting so I may be able to have others host me when needed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with many gracious hosts through my own network so I like to give back and host when I can.

At home and away from home I love to meet travel enthusiasts to swap stories, tips and culture!

Interests

You might find me--or join me?--reading, in an art gallery or museum, writing, savoring a meal, taking in vibes with a drink, grooving to some jams, exploring a garden, field or forest, in a mosh pit or doing something outdoorsy like caving, rock climbing, kayaking, swimming or hiking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies- Rat Race, Newsies, Catch Me if you Can.

Music-All music has some characteristics that are appealing. I'm getting into Bluegrass a lot. I like it all though.

Books-The Art of Happiness. Favorite Book, Into the Wild, a really great story but also great inserts from the author throughout.

Good Will Hunting,
Angels and Airways, Rusted Root,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A caravan perched in the middle of pastures, mountains overlooking it, millions of brightly illuminated stars gazing over the entire landscape. Hourly rounds to see what mothers needed help in the process of giving birth. At times lending assistance to them, other times I marveled as I witnessed new born life. I enjoyed my time on a farm in New Zealand, moments of pure beauty, moments of confusion, moments that are missed.

Teach, Learn, Share

A curious personality type is one that will never stop questioning, constantly reshaping and reviving the inner self. Giving back through any means is how the circle is completed.

What I Can Share with Hosts

When it comes to making sure everyone's comfortable and fed, keeping a space tidy, coming up with fun ideas and provoking interesting conversations I can pull my weight and then some.

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, New Zealand, Viet Nam
