I love huge challenges and strive to jump into projects that are very high risk and high reward. I adore people that are true to themselves and embrace honesty. I am a gourmet chef and I teach people how to shop, cook and eat organics in order to empower their lives. Food, fellowship, music and dancing are imperative in life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working with Wolfgang Puck. Traveling to Cabo. Driving down Highway 1 from Lake Tahoe to Monterey. Going to the first Lollapalooza. Walking through New York City on a crisp fall day. Helping many people spark something new in their lives. Meeting Geddy Lee and Art Blakey. Going to the Bob Hope Golf Classic.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have extensive gourmet training and experience. My culinary background is vast and it covers many, many ethnicities. I have the ability to train, prepare and serve gourmet meals. I am also disciplined in MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) in order to correct muscular imbalances that hinder people from having proper stability in their muscular system.
