HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking for a place to stay for some days, weeks...but when I am back in Germany I would love to host some people that will enrich my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Actually I only couchsurfed once but this person is now one of my best friends….so just good experiences so far. Hope, you will be the next one.

兴趣

Well, there are many things. I love hinking, sailing, artistry, my urban gardening project, writing, flea markets, social studies and politics. I am not that three-times-a -week-party person but when I am out, I will not be home before dawn. Otherwise I can also have a nice evening watching Garden State and eating Ben and Jerrys. I love travelling, getting to know new cultures, new people, new customs, new landscapes...sounds like out of a travel magazine but I really mean it. All, I can say: I am not very familiar with boredom...

When it comes to music, I prefer classicaI music in the morning and electronic music and hip hop at night and in between I listen to everything from claire, alt-j, monkey safari to the whitest boy alive, beirut, pete doherty and the white stripes... Some of my favourites films are Dogville, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club, Shutter Island, Head on (Gegen die Wand) Fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulain. Besides I love the Big Bang Theory, Family Guy and political satire.I read a lot when I find the time ( the last really good ones I read were The Cider House Rules (Gottes Werk und Teufels Beitrag), Night Train to Lisbon, Kennedys Brain, The Picture of Dorian Grey, Les Particules Elementaires (Elementarteilchen), Wo warst du Adam? ) In general I love Hermann Hesse, John Irving, Juli Zeh, Michel Houllebecq, Max Frisch and Bertold Brecht...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I slept at a hidden beach in Mexico. I bathed under the mother and child waterfall in South Africa. I crossed the breathtaking Atacama desert in Bolivia. But one of the best thing was probablyI traveling over land from Hamburg to Istanbul, getting in so many unforeseen situations and meeting so many kind and fascinating people!
