Freelance designer for the taking, maker in the making. At least that's what my instagram profile says. I'm a creative director and designer, now freelancing for 3 years and love the flexibility and ability to work remotely..

But between you and me, while I love design, I'm moving into ceramics as there's nothing better than making things with your own hands, there's something so true about it. So zen. Potters in South Africa however are known to be slightly eccentric and alternative, and their work matches that. I on the other hand am more a fan of minimal scandi style of work and I'm hoping I can make an impact in the industry here one day, that will perhaps show the world that South African's art can be world class, attractive and functional.

I've also lived abroad for three years, Australia, Brazil and the U.K. Considering doing it again, 3 years in 3 new countries... but I'm also enjoying exploring South Africa at the moment.
