About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission of life is to increase my EQ, improve my conciousness, and be a better person! I WANT to try to live as if i will die tomorrow, w/o regret, but its not as easy as I thought it would be. Lastly, I try my best to help myself while helping others.

ABOUT ME

I dont know how to sum myself up :S

PHILOSOPHY

enjoy it while it last. Don't regret, it will be alright.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can be a good company.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not exactly a www.couchsurfing.com experience but just normal couch surfing experience....moved 14 times in 20years (lost the count after 20yrs), so i have a lot of friends all over the place. when i visit them, i sleep bit more comfortably than just a couch. the benefit of sleeping at someone's house is that you experience the person's life. i prefer couch vs free hotel.

Interests

experiencing: life, culture, mind, thought, meditation, and funness.
oh and I LOVE animals.
I am also interested in human emotion: what it is, how it works, and what to do with it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Nujabes, sigur ros, parachutes, i am robot and proud, yiruma and lullatones are few musicians that i like right now. I guess i like ambient music, lounge music, background music, sometimes a dance music, pretty much anything.
movies...i like documentaries about nature and animals, occasionally some Ted talks, animation films such as How to train your dragon 1&2, Partly cloudy with a chance of meet ball 1&2, Hector and the search for happiness, Best of Youth, Tim Burton's films etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Walking through Gaudi's creations... amazing. As a designer I appreciated his incorporation of nature in his architecture.
2) This elderly women was having a difficult time moving her stuff at the Boston bus terminal, if you have been there, its bit of a walk from the bus to the street where you can catch a cab. I helped her and she offered me $ and her hospitality. I was as surprised as she was of the kind and warm gesture.
3) Again, I was at the Boston bus terminal, it was late at night and this korean exchange student had a worried face. i approached her and asked if everything was alright, she had to take a bus to Amherst area. But the last bus of the day already left, and she was about to be strangled in a bus terminal for 12hrs overnight. I asked her if he wanted to come to Providence with me and spend a night. She came over, had a nice rest and some food, and we became a friend. :)
4) Scuba diving in Roatan, honduras. Scuba diving is so peaceful!
5) Seeing dolphins swimming next to a sail outside of Golden Gate bridge.
6) Hiking up the Half Dome in Yosemite's while thundetstrom was visible from the site O.o in 10yrs, i think i'll be reminded how crazy, fearless, daring i was.
7) Attending Burning Man 2013 :D visited the CS camp there, which was nice! I was able to be a part of a team which built a sculpure on the site of the temple. It seemed like the temple burns down each year with so much human emotions, just being there, makes tou think and feel alot.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like cooking, making things with hand (wood work, ceramic, metal work, etc.), yoga, meditating, pilate, biking, swimming, kayaking, scuba diving, sailing, driving, camping..., i can teach and share little bit about these, and also about energy and karma.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I couch surfed at my friend's house once and she said "you are like an indian parents, carrying chai" :D I got an amazing chai recipie from Indian grandma! I drink chai as coffee lovers drink coffee every morning. I carry my special chai spices and black tea. I can share it with whomever wants to try!
Also i can cook korean or make a dish with whatever is available to cook with, i can make desserts,
I can also inspire you!
