ABOUT ME

'All about me'? hmm...I've been on hiatus for the last two years, hiatus from the 'thing' I'm most drawn to... I suppose I needed a break. I come from a small town where there not not a lot going on other than good foods, good wines, good geography, good people, and good conversation. After that, I found myself living in LA, which took a few years to warm up to, I now love it! However, I'm not ready to settle down here.
What else...?
I'm scared of sharks and getting shanked. I love the smell of freshly printed newspaper... and Stargazer Lillies.

PHILOSOPHY

The only thing that I am certain that I have learned at this stage in the game is: you can either feel like crap or look like crap, but you can't do both at the same time, it's self defeating.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this point I've only hosted and gone to a few meetings... but now that I'm traveling I'm looking forward to meet locals as well as other travelers. Once settled again, I'm all too happy to give refuge to those with wanderlust.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think this concept is brilliant! It's a pretty surefire way to meet people of different backgrounds with one BIG thing in common, it's been a great way for me to learn about the world, all of my experiences up to this point have been really positive and I hope that it continues on this way.

Mostly I would have to say that's been a lot of private moments witnessing peoples beauty, something kinda sacred in that.
