I enjoy a good beer, live music, and a book of the same flavor. Also people with really good stories to share.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to learn and grow. I've found that the best way to facilitate this is to be open minded, and to squash worry with the knowledge that even if it doesn't work out you always walk away from it with something more than you started with.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I became aware of this project in the summer of '08 when a group of friends and I, traveling on a roadtrip, were faced with the issue of the cost of sleeping arrangements for the 5 weeks we had planned out. We ended up surfing couches in nearly every western U.S. state and even in Mexico. Enamored with the experience and also finding that money saving was not nearly the greatest benefit (friendships forged and a local´s perspective on things), I decided to make my own profile to continue meeting the incredible people of CS.
