ABOUT ME

i will always want what i can't have. i will always want adventure to be just around the corner. i will always want to reboot my life at the drop of a hat. and i will always want to be on the road

right now, i can't do any of that. it would break my parents' hearts to drop out of school, and it's a stupid idea as well. so, gimme a year and i'll probably have more going on

PHILOSOPHY

i gave up on people a long time ago. same thing for feelings and all the dumb stuff we're taught from movies and books... music, as well. i'm interested in listening to people talk to each other but usually not at all interested in talking with them-- but there's something wrong with all of us on this site that makes us trust strangers with our time and safety, so maybe that's the thing that separates people like me from the sorts that i'd eavesdrop upon. maybe not.

i want to know about what makes people tick and i want to tell stories that drive them in the same way that something like a grey and windy evening makes me feel alive

so far the only participation i'm doin is havin' signed up and being ready and willing for anyone passing through to crash at my place for a day or two. hopefully, that's good enough

Interests

there's a lot to me, i know it. i just don't know if it's worth noting when i'd rather know someone in person than give them a list of ingredients

i like to make movies, because i love film and i love everything about the movie-making process. i write 'em, act, shoot, direct, light, do sound, edit. i'd be happy if i could just go on forever making movies with a group of people who cared just as much to tell a great story-- be it funny or.. something more
